The Australian Government help support eligible families with the cost of child care through the Child Care Subsidy scheme, whereby the government pay the subsidy to our centre, therefore reducing the fees you pay directly to us. For further information please click here
All bookings are permanent, ongoing with children attending the same days each week. Where vacancies exist, children may be booked in to attend extra days in addition to their permanent booking.
Fees are charged when children are absent in order to maintain the permanent booking. Fees are not charged when the centre is closed.
Enrolment Process
To enrol at our centre, we have an online waiting list and enrolment system to enable you to submit your forms and documentation when it’s convenient for you.
The first step is to join our waiting list by completing a booking request. When a vacancy arises you will be contacted with an offer of placement.
If you have any questions regarding the enrolment process, please contact the centre otherwise click on the link below to commence the online process.
We encourage you to visit our centre to see what we have to offer. This can be arranged on most weekdays. Please contact the centre to make an appointment at a mutually agreeable time.
Orientation
We understand a child’s first time in care can be unsettling for both the child and parent. To assist with making this transition a little easier, we offer two orientation sessions which are for up to three hours free of charge prior to your child’s first full day.
During this time, we encourage you to stay for a short period of time whilst your child explores their new environment with you close by. This time also allows for you to share relevant information with our educators about your child. You are then encouraged to leave your child in our care for a couple of hours which provides them with the opportunity for them to settle into the environment over a short period of time before they commence.
